We collect the minimum data needed to identify your vehicle: VIN, make/model/year (decoded from NHTSA), color, and the photos and notes you add. Your email address is used only for sign-in and ownership transfer — it is never displayed publicly.

Anyone who knows your VIN can look it up on this site and read those vehicle details and service history, or download them as a PDF. That is what QRTC is for. Visitors cannot change anything — editing requires signing in as the owner. The service costs you record are never shown publicly.

We log scan and search events with hashed IPs for analytics and abuse prevention. We retain these logs for 90 days.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated cars and notes by emailing privacy@qrtc.app.
